The Holy Pause

1. Pausing

This is your time to pause and reflect on your story and where you feel stuck or have questions. Moments of silence allow space for reflection. 

"Be still, and know that I am God" ~Psalm 46:10

2. Praying

Time spent in prayer and listening play a key part in spiritual formation. 

"But he would withdraw to desolate places and pray."

~Luke 5:16

3. Following

Where is God inviting me?

Noticing and Responding to God's invitations is where the Joy is.

"Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me." ~Matthew 16:24
