1-on-1 Life Coaching

“What is Life Coaching ?"​​​​​

Life Coaching is creating space to return to that sense of clarity and forward movement, but with a trusted companion who listens, encourages, and asks the right questions to help you take the next step in becoming more of who God created you to be! 

It’s a space to pause in the middle of all the noise, and to remember what matters to you and where you want to go. 

The goal of Life Coaching is to offer you a safe, empowering environment to reflect deeply, identify your next steps, and begin to move with greater intention and freedom.

It’s about aligning your inner life with your outer actions. It’s about growth. Courage. Joy. And hope.

A Life Coach doesn’t give you all the answers. They help you uncover them.

Whether you're facing a transition, seeking purpose, feeling stuck, or just longing to grow, life coaching creates a space for clarity, discovery, and breakthrough.

This is your invitation to intentional growth with a coach who sees you, believes in you, and is here to walk beside you.

And to experience awe for our Creator. 

​The goal of spiritual direction is to experience a safe space to be yourself and share your journey with another.

It's an invitation to pause with a trained spiritual companion who meets you where you are. They will come alongside you to listen to your story with love and compassion, and invite you to see God at work in your story. It's an invitation to listen to the how the Spirit is directing you.

This is a time to pause and reflect, pray and listen, following His invitations with a trained spiritual director who are trained in spiritual formation, listening, discernment, and prayer practices.

It is a space to slow down, care for your soul, and notice where God is inviting you into His story.

Holy Pause Gathering

Let's gather once a month for an hour, virtually or in person, to ....

You can confirm if you want to meet in-person or online after you join.

Gatherings will start in September 2026 and run through May 2027.

Choose if you'd like to include a monthly coaching session with your Gathering membership at checkout. Life Coaching | Spiritual Direction sessions included with your membership are 60 minutes long and happen once per month.

1-Day Retreats

1-Day gatherings at the Francis Asbury Society in Wilmore, Kentucky.

Join Holy Pause in April or August, from 9am to 3pm at this beautiful retreat center for a day in God's presence.

You will be guided into times of silence, solitude, large and small group gathering, time to be with God.
